Well Dunk Me In Milk and Call Me Heaven!

I'm craving these. I took this picture last week when the little one made the most scrumptiously delicious peanut butter cookies. The key to good cookies is undercooking them. Seriously. The dough is some of the best peanut butter dough I've ever had and I've had a lot believe me. Here's the recipe.

Anyway, today I'm craving these. They're not good for eating healthy and I'm so trying to do that this week. DARN DARN DARN! (channeling Herman Munster stomping his large feet!)

Wish I could get my crew to cook cookies. Brownies are about the only thing they will bake. Cookies take too long. . .

Well, you should come over here then. Since they made those, the teen has made 2 pans of lemon bars and the little one has made ginger cookies. The kind that melt in your mouth and you want to eat 10. I'll have to bring you some next time she makes them. (Cuz they're gone now of course.) Yum!

I thought I'd say "hi!" and introduce myself. I'm DeeJae, a homeschooler of two daughters and I love paper arts, fabric arts, altered arts, and collage. I also follow you on twitter. So nice to meet another artistic heart who homeschools.

The cookies look delicious and I agree, the key to good cookies is undercooking. My youngest daughter loves to cook and found the secret too.

Off to look around your blog some more. :-)

I've had fun reading through your posts. I love your art, too. Gotta admit, I'm not a card maker either, but think what you made is lovelier than anything I've done. I sure loved those grunge ATCs, though. You make awesome art and I hope you submit to Somerset, too.

While scrolling through your ATCs, I noticed the ones depicting the KC skyline. Do you live in the KC area? I used to live on the Kansas side. Now I'm in Wichita, KS. Small world, isn't it.

I feature a blog each day on my blog and as soon as I found yours, I knew I had to feature it tomorrow (July 18). No special reason, except I didn't want it to get lost in my bookmarked folders. Thanks for having such a cool, well written, and great art blog.
