Hey look I'm on your list hooray! I have several of the books you mentioned and heart them as well. I vote for you giving Bent, Bound and Stitched a whirl. Josie was one of my fave guests on Craft Lab and always had clever collage ideas. I'm going to have to click through your list I don't know all of those titles. I'm kind of addicted to craft books :)
